This very nice gooseneck graniteware teapot is in very good condition with no chipping or damage on the outside. It does have some superficial rust on the inside but no holes. It is about 9 3/4 inches tall and has a diameter of 5 1/2 inches at the bottom. The most unusual thing about this piece is the brass ring in the upper part of the handle. I will be honest that I really don't know why it is there, and I have collected graniteware for many years. Unless it was to disperse the heat but that is only a guess. I see these every once in a while but not often. It is a really nice old teapot!
